Bundle default settings
More information about Bundles.
Default settings let each user save an introduction and a signature.
The bundle introduction allows you to configure an opening message that will be included at the top of the email when sharing a bundle with a customer or prospect. This gives you the ability to provide context or instructions along with the bundled files.
Setting Bundle introduction
From the main navigation, go to Bundles > Button Bundle Default Settings.

In the text editor box for Introduction, enter the introduction message you'd like included. Use {RECEIVER NAMES} as a placeholder for the recipient(s) names and you can copy this clinking at (click to copy).

Click "Update" when finished.
The introduction will now automatically populate in the email body any time a bundle is shared.
Some best practices for bundle introductions:
Keep them concise but provide enough context for the recipient
Include any specific instructions for reviewing the materials
Setting Bundle Signature
To provide a cohesive and professional look, you can also configure a standardized signature block that will be appended to the bundle email.
To set the bundle signature:
From the main navigation, go to Bundles > Button Bundle Default Settings.
In the text editor box for Signature, enter the signature details you'd like included, such as:
Name/Title
Company name
Contact information (phone, email, website)
Social media links
Legal disclaimer text
Click "Update" when finished defining the signature.
The signature block will now automatically populate at the bottom of bundle share emails below the listed documents, products and quotes.
Some signature best practices:
Keep it focused on key contact details rather than too lengthy
Include compliance disclaimers required for your industry
Provide multiple contact options for follow-ups
With introduction and signature settings configured, your team can share professional, contextual bundles with customers with just a few clicks. This streamlines bundle delivery and provides consistency across all communications.
