Search and filters
Handify provides powerful search and filtering capabilities to help you quickly locate the right products for any customer need. You can perform these searches from the main Products section or within a specific bundle.
Searching Products
In the search bar, type in any keywords related to the product(s) name or code you're looking for, then click the key enter.
Handify will display matching results based on product name or code.
Click on a result to view that product's details page or inside of a bundle to add to the list you want to share.
Filtering Products
Click on Filters (right side of the search bar) to pop up the filters available according to the attributes configured in the workspace.
You can search any product attribute to locate the filter you need easily. Select one or more attributes to filter the product list.
The product list will dynamically update to show only products matching your selected filters
You can apply multiple filters across different attributes to further narrow down the results.
For those using just single text, type the word and hit enter.
To remove a filter, click on an empty value or delete the text typed and then hit enter.
To clear all filters, click "Reset Filters" or "Remove Filters"
Tips for Effective Searching and Filtering
Use specific, targeted keywords in your searches for more precise results.
Apply filters progressively, starting with the most important attributes.
Combine filters across categories to find products that meet multiple criteria.
By leveraging Handify's search and filter tools, you can efficiently narrow down to the most relevant products for any given sales context. This allows you to present curated options to customers and streamlines the product selection process.
The attributes available for filtering are fully customizable based on your product data and configuration. Work with your admin to optimize the filter setup for your team's specific needs.
