Creating a Bundle
Guide to creating your bundles.
Click and follow the steps.
Adding products
Navigate to Bundle > New Bundle > Add Product
Select the checkbox next to each product to add
Search by Name or Code, using the enter key to show results.
Using Product Filters
Apply filters based on product attributes (e.g. category, application, specs)
Narrow down to products meeting exact criteria
Select all or individual products from the filtered results
Click "Next" when you finish selecting and curating your product list.
Selecting product documents
Once products are added, users can refine which associated documents are included:
Uncheck by Document Type
Within the bundle, a list of included products will display
Each product will show its available document types (TDS, SDS, etc.)
To exclude a document type for all products, uncheck that type at the top of the list
This will remove that document type for every product in the bundle
Uncheck for Specific Products
To tailor documents for individual products, click into a specific product within the bundle
This will display all document types and files for that single product
Users can then uncheck any documents they wish to exclude
Repeat this process for each product as needed
Selecting general documents
From the main bundle page, click "+ Add General Document"
This will open a pop-up to browse and select from the organization's general document library
Choose any relevant materials to include (certifications, product guides, etc.)
These will be added to the bundle alongside the product-specific documents
By carefully curating the product and document composition, users can create targeted, comprehensive bundles that align to specific customer needs and use cases.
The flexibility to selectively include/exclude documents ensures that each bundle recipient receives only the most pertinent, impactful materials.
I recommend reminding users to review all bundle contents before sharing to ensure accuracy and completeness. Encourage customizing introductory messages for each bundle as well.
